I founded On Time Heating & Cooling in April 2019, inspired by my dad who was always a stickler about being on time. I wanted to create a business that did things differently. Having worked for both small and large companies, I observed the shortcomings of each. Larger companies often treated employees as replaceable numbers and were overly sales-driven, while smaller companies, though family-oriented, lacked organization.
