Bundled Install Promotions: What Do They Really Save on a Complete System?
On a qualifying complete-system install, the confirmed stack is: free whole-home duct cleaning ($619 value) + the seasonal free ecobee Premium January–April ($465 value) + the Signature Series 12-year parts-and-labor warranty + 0% APR financing for 24 months. That's over $1,000 in listed value on the first two items alone — real list prices of real services, not invented 'value' theater.

Definition
A bundle here means offers engineered to stack on one install event — because a complete-system replacement is operationally the cheapest moment to add them (the crew, the access, and the commissioning are already on site).
What's in the complete-system bundle, item by item?
Free whole-home duct cleaning: the same $619 published service, performed with the install — supply and return runs cleaned while the system is open, which is when it's easiest to do right. Free ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium ($465 value) on qualifying installs January through April: programmable, remote and voice control, energy reports — and commissioned by us as the system's actual control, not left in a box. The 12-year parts-and-labor warranty on Signature Series equipment: the coverage layer that makes year-8 repair risk our problem. And 0% for 24 months through Wisetack: the after-rebate total split into flat payments. Each item is something we sell separately at the listed price — which is what makes 'value' an accounting statement here rather than a marketing flourish.
Why does bundling at install time genuinely cost less?
Operational truth, not generosity: duct cleaning during a system swap shares the crew, the site time, and the open equipment — its marginal cost to us is a fraction of a standalone visit, so giving it away on complete systems is economics we can sustain honestly. Thermostat commissioning during install is minutes; as a separate visit it's an appointment. The 12-year warranty prices risk on equipment we selected, installed, and commissioned ourselves — the version of the risk we control best. The pattern worth noticing as a buyer: bundle value that tracks operational logic is sustainable and real; bundle value that's just a big crossed-out number is usually priced into the quote somewhere else.
What's the fine print — stated plainly?
Three conditions do the work. 'Complete-system install' means furnace + AC replaced together, or a heat-pump conversion — the duct-cleaning offer keys off that scope. The ecobee window is January–April, annually — a winter install incentive; a June install doesn't earn it, and we won't pretend otherwise. 'Qualifying' for the 12-year warranty means Signature Series tier equipment; standard-tier installs carry standard manufacturer-plus-workmanship coverage instead (the warranty-math guide compares the layers). Rebates stack on top of everything — Focus on Energy discounts are program money, applied before financing math. Your quote will name which items your specific project earns; if an item's missing, the quote says why rather than leaving you to discover it.
How should you evaluate any install bundle — ours included?
Strip it to the same three questions every time. What's the cash price of the core install, alone, in writing? (Compare that between bidders — bundles can't fix a padded base.) What would each bundle item cost bought separately at real list prices? (Ours: $619 and $465 are the published numbers — check them against our own pages.) And do the conditions fit your project without contortions? (A bundle that requires upsizing your scope to qualify is a discount on money you weren't going to spend.) Run that test on our bundle and on anyone else's — we publish this framework precisely because ours survives it.

Common questions
Can I take cash off instead of the bundled items?
The offers are the offers — the duct cleaning and ecobee carry their value because they're operationally cheap for us at install time, which is exactly why they can't convert 1:1 into cash. The cash price of the install stands on its own and is the number to comparison-shop.
Does the bundle apply to partial replacements?
The duct-cleaning offer keys off complete-system scope; other items follow their own terms (the ecobee's seasonal window, the warranty's tier). Replacing only the AC or only the furnace still earns the standing offers that fit — financing and, at Signature tier, the warranty.
How do I see what my project earns before committing?
Get it quoted — the quote itemizes which promotions, rebates, and coverage the project qualifies for, with the pre-discount price visible. Bring a competitor's bundle too; the second opinion review applies the same strip-it-down test to theirs.
