About Shane Herro
Shane has been in the HVAC trade since age 14, mentored by his father Tom Herro. He founded On Time Heating & Cooling in 2019 in Waukesha, Wisconsin and is still in the field daily — the same person who answers the after-hours line is the one who'll be on your install. EPA Universal certified.
The company is intentionally small — Shane runs calls himself or sends a technician he personally trained, every quote includes the line-item math, and every recommendation is paired with the option to repair instead of replace. That approach is why On Time reviews other companies' quotes for free and publishes honest pricing ranges instead of teaser rates.
