Check thermostat & make adjustments where necessary

Clean inside / outside of furnace cabinet

Test high limit / timer

Test rollout limit

Test pressure switch

Check all pressure switch / drain tubing

Remove rust & soot / clean & adjust burners

Clean & adjust ignition assembly or OHM igniter

Check microamp signal from the flame sensor

Adjust gas / air mixture for optimum efficiency

Oil motor bearings / check blower seals

Clean condensate trap on high-efficiency units

Adjust gas / pilot pressure

Inspect & adjust belts / blower wheel

Check filter & replace with consent if necessary

Check & tighten all exhaust pipe connections

Inspect & clean heat exchanger thoroughly

Ensure correct temperature rise

Check electrical wiring & tighten all electrical connections
